Introduzione
Homer is a UI and UX Design project for the real estate search platform that focuses on optimizing the user experience through a user-centered approach.

Choices
Initially, I conducted thorough research on the target users, analyzing their needs and behaviors. The colors were selected to evoke trust and professionalism: a palette of blue and green was used to convey security and serenity, while accents of orange and yellow serve to draw attention to key elements, such as action buttons and special offers.
The typography was chosen for its readability; I opted for a modern sans-serif font that facilitates reading on screens of various sizes, with scalable font sizes to ensure an adequate experience on mobile devices.

Experience
The layout has been designed according to a principle of visual hierarchy, utilizing flexible grids and well-defined spacing to facilitate intuitive navigation. The integration of clear icons and concise descriptions helps the user easily understand the flow, allowing for quick identification of critical information, such as property features and filtering options. In conclusion, the project aims to combine aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that every interaction is clear and fluid, thus enhancing the process of searching for and selecting properties to purchase or rent.
